I usually use active approach while dealing with the group to work towards achieving the agenda and goals of the meeting. I make sure each participant feels involved in each activity and comfortable and safe to share one’s ideas.
Sometimes the goal of group therapy is knowledge sharing, support group sessions, motivational session and employee group training.
