Communicating with Vulnerability and Listening with
Compassion is the Best Medicine to Heal.
-Brené Brown
With over 15 years in the mental health field, I’ve often heard from NRIs and Indian clients living abroad how challenging it is to find a therapist who truly understands their language, values, and cultural nuances. That’s why I specialise in offering multilingual, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and queer-friendly therapy for Indians worldwide.
Through my therapeutic knowledge and skills, I help clients develop a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationships, so they can experience themselves as peaceful, whole, complete, and safe.
I work with people from all walks of life, and every day I feel privileged to hear their emotional stories, understand their patterns, and support them in their healing journey toward greater self-awareness.
I have a deep interest in women’s and children’s mental health, and being a creative soul, I try to make my sessions active, engaging, and innovative. Alongside my therapeutic practice, I remain committed to breaking the stigma around mental health and creating awareness.
