Communicating with vulnerability and listening with compassion is the best medicine to heal.
My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through difficult life circumstances like severe stress or trauma.
Hello,
I'm Komal Chelani, Trauma Informed, Queer Affirmative Psychologist and Hypnotherapist from India. I help my clients through my therapeutic knowledge and skills to find a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.
I deal with people from all walks of life. Every day I get an opportunity to hear their emotional stories, understand their patterns, navigate them to be self-aware, and support them in their healing journey. I feel this is a privilege for me.
I am greatly interested in women and child mental health development. Being a creative soul, I try to make my sessions active and innovative. Along with the therapeutic practice, I always put effort into breaking the stigma around mental health.
