I use an eclectic approach in therapeutic practice. Based on my clinical judgment, I try to choose the best techniques and therapy tools according to the client's personality and the requirement of the case.
I use Cognitive and Behavior techniques, Play and Art-based techniques, Clinical Hypnosis, Relaxation and Mindfulness techniques, Somatic experiencing techniques, Narrative techniques, Techniques of Positive Psychology, and Motivational counseling. I am also trained in assessing the case through a trauma lens.
I take individual, group, combined, couple, and family sessions. I deal with various concerns, including mental and emotional issues, work stress, relationship problems, family conflicts, etc. I work with people from all age groups.
These days I am doing completely online therapeutic practice through audio and video call sessions and taking clients across the globe.
